six6r Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the six6r website accessible at six6r.io, including all subpages, game interfaces, account dashboards, and payment portals operated under the six6r brand.
• "six6r", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity responsible for the six6r platform and all services offered through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses the platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the six6r platform, created by completing the registration process and subject to verification requirements.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, not including bonus credits or free-bet allocations unless otherwise stated.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a player on a sports market or casino game outcome available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or free spins awarded to a player's account by six6r subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, which are accepted payment methods on the six6r platform for the Bangladesh market.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used for transactions on the six6r platform for accounts registered in Bangladesh.
• "Restricted Activities" means any action by a player that is prohibited under these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated systems, and multi-accounting.

Access to and use of the six6r platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met and maintained for the duration of your account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the six6r platform. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. six6r operates a strict 21+ policy in order to provide an additional layer of protection beyond any minimum statutory requirements.
• Voluntary Participation: You must be accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, nor placing wagers using funds provided by a third party without explicit written consent.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the six6r platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identifying information, constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order placed through your own account or through any third-party responsible gaming program that covers the six6r platform.
• Mental Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or substances to a degree that impairs your judgement when placing wagers.

To access the full range of features on the six6r platform, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid, personal email address that you have sole access to
• A mobile phone number registered in your name, capable of receiving SMS for OTP verification
• Your preferred MFS account details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) for payment processing

six6r reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any point. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of address and source of funds where transaction volumes warrant it. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account restrictions being applied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify six6r support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your credentials.

six6r will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from six6r and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

six6r accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. For accounts registered in Bangladesh, the currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by six6r; however, individual MFS providers may apply their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. six6r does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of submission under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional account verification is required. six6r does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals to MFS accounts.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same MFS account used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem. Where a player's MFS account has changed, additional verification steps will apply.

six6r reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of account identity, source of funds, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the account holder will be notified and provided with a clear list of the documentation required to release the hold.

All wagers placed on the six6r platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• A wager is confirmed and binding only upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen and recorded in your account betting history. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference are not accepted.
• The minimum single wager amount is ৳50. Maximum wager limits vary by market and are displayed on the relevant market page before confirmation.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds recorded at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. six6r reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including in response to live event developments. Bets placed during a market suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds have been published that are clearly incorrect relative to the true probability of an outcome — six6r reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds. The player will be notified and the stake refunded in full.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance within five minutes of the official result being confirmed. For cricket markets, the official result is determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent) and is final.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to the six6r support team within 30 days of the official result being published. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. six6r's decision on all settlement disputes is final, subject to the appeals process described in the Support section of the account dashboard.

six6r offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and free spin allocations to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which take precedence over the general provisions in this section where there is a conflict.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all six6r promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to account holders who are 21 years of age or older and in good standing with the platform.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain uncleared at expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Where a player holds both real-money balance and bonus balance, real-money funds are used to settle wagers first, unless the player explicitly selects otherwise in the account settings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer, will be forfeited and the account(s) involved may be suspended.
• six6r reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has begun meeting its wagering requirement, a pro-rata calculation will be applied to determine any entitlement.

six6r is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and encourage all account holders to make use of these features proactively.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time reminders that display a notification after a defined period of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop using the platform for a period may apply a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
• Reality Check: A configurable prompt that periodically displays the player's net session profit/loss and elapsed playing time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6r platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal information
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification procedures
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic wagering strategy designed to circumvent the financial risk structure of the platform's markets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer environments or multi-player game formats
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your six6r account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any component of the six6r platform
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits without first raising the matter with six6r support and exhausting the internal dispute resolution process

six6r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Direction from a competent authority or regulatory body
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email within 48 hours of suspension. The account holder will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond to the grounds for suspension before a final decision is made, except where the suspension is the result of a legal or regulatory direction.

On voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending bonus amounts subject to open wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder's registered MFS account within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6r's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the return of the player's deposited funds held in their account balance at the time the claim arises.

six6r expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of winnings or expected profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or market suspension
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a data feed error
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond six6r's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or natural disasters

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

six6r collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the six6r Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. Data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game studio providers, and identity verification services strictly as required to deliver the platform's services.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request".

six6r may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version took effect.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights, payment conditions, or game rules — six6r will provide registered account holders with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Notice will be provided via the email address registered to the account and via an in-platform notification displayed on the account dashboard.

Minor amendments, including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, and updates to reflect changes in the platform's game offering or payment methods, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms & Conditions, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the six6r operating entity's jurisdiction of incorporation.

For players accessing the platform from Bangladesh, six6r operates as an internationally licensed platform. Nothing in these terms should be construed as a representation that the platform's operations are specifically authorised or regulated under Bangladeshi domestic law. Players are responsible for satisfying themselves that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their country of residence.

Any dispute between a player and six6r that cannot be resolved through the internal support and dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in the platform's dispute resolution policy. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
